The retro look and color is awesome. My only issue with it is when you put the bread in you need to push the top of the bread down with the flat of your hand the same time you push the lever down. If you don’t the bread will not go the whole way down and will not toast on the top. I’ve gotten used to it but I have to explain to guest how to use it. It’s cute enough for me to keep it and toast well when bread is down all the way.

The toaster works great, but I wish it had a white cord instead of black. The matching coffee maker I ordered has a white cord & my kitchen counter top is white, so the black cord on the toaster is really noticeable.
