They sent a new motor and after the second use it stopped working again leaving me this the bunch of veggies and fruits I bought to juice. DO NOT BUT EVERYTHING GETS STUCK

I am beyond disappointed. I bought the nutribullet juicer a while ago and this is my first time using it , the piece of it broke as I was putting in a piece of carrots . Never used it before . I tried to call customer service or parts to see if I can re-order ” 1/5 pulp basin with 3″ feed chute nutribullet juicer part” and I can’t even buy the part by itself . The website itself is so confusing I don’t even know who to get in contact with to order a replacement of that part . Just beyond disappointing .
