[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart Gas Griddle was the perfect solution to cooking during our hot Southern Californian summer. We literally cooked all our meals on this beautiful griddle , from fried eggs to chicken breast and even marinated tofu. The griddle does need to seasoned as it is cast iron. After a good smoke the surface changes color and is ready for cooking. Overall the size it perfect and we love the addition of wheels to move it around our backyard or even pack it up for a camping trip.
