The Presto Tilt ‘n Drain 285 sq. in. griddle is constructed with a non-stick surface, built-in backstop ledge and Cool touch base for extra safety. It automatically controls the appropriate cooking temperature with Control Master heat control and can be fully immersed in water when the heat control is removed. The unique design can be tilted to drain fat away from meats or cook eggs and pancakes on a level surface with pull-out handle controls. An included drip tray offers easy clean-up and disposal.

I needed a large griddle I could use outdoors for a pancake breakfast event I was hosting. After searching the internet I came across this griddle. I ordered it Monday for my event on Saturday. It arrived on Friday in the nick of time and was perfect! I was able to make 9 medium size pancakes at a time comfortably. The cook top heated up quickly and maintained the temperature extremely well considering I was using it outside on a very cold morning. I bought it for a specific event but have since moved it into my home for everyday use. I love the versatility it offers. I have also used the tip feature to cook bacon. The griddle fit the entire pound of bacon and with the grease captured in the reservoir it made for easy cleanup. It has reduced my cooking time by half. The cook top is easy to clean as well. It is light enough to hold under the water for a quick clean. The only drawback is Home Depot doesn’t carry them in stock. Overall I love this product and definitely recommend it to others.

Wanted it for making Pancakes. Works well. Has enough space to make 6 good sized pancakes at a time. Slick enough I did not have grease the surface. Controller slides in and out easily. And seems to keep griddle at correct temp. Did not need the tilt, so used cable ties to hold in place to the legs, other wise the tilt popped down all the time. Cleans up easily.
Too bad the center stays cooler, have to spin the pancakes a quarter turn as you flip them.
