Be informed. If you’re expecting a brushed stainless steel toaster, this one is not. It may be stainless steel, but it is very shiny. Haven’t used it yet to judge whether it toasts well. Hope so.

Sometimes you have to pre heat the toaster for one minute then do a complete toast at the highest setting if you want a crispy toast.
