This is Chinese junk. Thin metal. Thin plastic. Makes strange noises. The spiralizer produces a mix of spiralized and julienned zucchini. It’s inexpensive compared to others, but you get what you pay for. I sent it back. Cuisinnart and kitchen aid are better, but they are basically a higher grade of not great quality products.

I had the processor for less than a month. It just stopped working. I checked the power and all but it will not start again. I had several Hamilton Beach food processors before that carried a 5 year warranty. I used the warranty 3 times since the unit stopped working after 3-4 months use. I am using it at home and not for commercial use. Only reason I bought it is that the lid has a seal and the size of the bowl. Well I guess I was wrong buying it. Not sure if the manufacturer builds it to fail or just lack of good engineering or just the unit is designed to fail. Unless I receive a message from Hamilton beach stating their intentions and what will they do to improve and reduce failure I will not purchase another Hamilton Beach product and will inform all friends and family to avoid their products.
