Instructions could be a tad better but all in all this sealer has worked great for me. In hindsight I think I should have purchased one that has roll storage built in but that would make it much larger. I have used this for jerky, beef and soups so far and it is small enough to sit on the countertop. the scale works great and allows me to mark the bags prior to freezing.
