The toaster looks great, especially in a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It does a fairly good job of toasting bread slices, but one side gets done more than the other, so I have to flip it around and let it toast about 5 seconds on the other side to get it even. Most of the toasters I have owned don’tevenly toast so I decided to keep it. I’ve had it about a month now.

Toast burns on one side even though “bagel” button not engaged. Very disappointed in this toaster that I have had only a few weeks. Sometimes it burns on side, other times not.
