Changes to Orders
We cannot guarantee changes to an order after it has been placed. If a change is needed, please call us immediately at 1-(323) 682-8990. While we will attempt to accommodate your request, orders already processed by our warehouse team cannot be modified. In that case, you may request a return — see our Return Policy for details.

Pricing & Quoting
Prices are not guaranteed until an order enters our system and is reviewed. If we discover incorrect pricing, we will contact you with the option to cancel or pay the corrected amount. Quotations expire after 30 days and may be subject to change.

Payment collected upon delivery
In the unlikely event of a pricing discrepancy, we will contact you with the option to cancel or authorize the adjusted amount.
Collection of Tax
Following the Wayfair v. South Dakota Supreme Court ruling, we are required to collect sales tax in multiple states. We will assess and collect applicable sales tax at the time of order. Due to the complexity of tax laws, we may need to collect additional tax after an order has been processed.
