On the 3rd use the toast caught on fire and the glass door burst and shattered. Could have been a disaster had we walked out of the area and not seen. I cannot believe they don’t make shatter proof glass! Beware!! This is very dangerous product!

I am very disappointed with this toaster oven. I used the baking oven twice to bake dinner rolls that the directions were to bake the frozen rolls at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes and both times they came out barely browned. Obviously, the temperature setting on this oven is quite skewered.
