Our centrally located California warehouse lets us ship quickly to both coasts. In-stock items ship within 24 hours of order completion, and most distributors fulfill within 1-2 business days.
Small Package / Parcel Shipping
Packages under 70 lbs and 72 inches ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar carriers depending on your location and selected method.
Standard Delivery
3–7 Business DaysGround-based delivery via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Parcel Post. This is our default method for free shipping eligible items.
Expedited Delivery
2–4 Business DaysTwo-day service via UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2Day, or USPS Priority Mail. Available during checkout for an additional fee.
Next-Day Delivery
1 Business DayOvernight service via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight. Guaranteed delivery on the next business day following shipment.
Delivery Options
Saturday Delivery
Available when an expedited shipping service (UPS or FedEx) has been selected. An additional fee may apply.
Signature Confirmation
Extra security ensuring delivery is accepted with a signature instead of leaving the package unattended. A small fee may apply.
Shipment Tracking
Once fulfilled, you'll receive an email with carrier name, tracking number(s), and contact information. Track your order anytime.
Damage Claims
Items shipped by parcel carriers may occasionally incur damage during transit. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, we encourage you to inspect the item before accepting delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, contact our office at 1-(323) 682-8990 to discuss your options. In most cases, we can ship a replacement at no charge and handle the damage claim with the carrier directly.
Certain limitations apply on high-value items.
Freight / Common Carrier
For orders over 70 lbs or 72 inches, we ship via freight common carrier on a semitrailer. The typical truck bed height is four feet, so additional services may be needed.
Standard Freight
3-7 business days transit. Free for eligible orders. Designed for locations with a loading dock or forklift.
Lift Gate Delivery
Hydraulic platform lowers freight to ground level. Recommended when no loading dock is available. Additional fee applies.
Delivery Notification
Carrier contacts you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Provided at no charge when requested.
Residential Delivery
We can ship to residential addresses at no extra charge, though a commercial location is recommended for heavy items.
Freight Damage Claims
We require you to inspect freight shipments for physical damage before signing the delivery receipt. If packaging is damaged, inspect contents before accepting. If a product arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us at 1-(323) 682-8990 for a replacement. By signing, you certify the shipment arrived in good condition.
International Shipments
Each country is subject to its own customs laws and associated fees. Coffee Units does not charge for these fees at checkout and does not take responsibility for customs charges if requested at delivery.

- Drop Shipment: Ships from our vendor partner's fulfillment center for the fastest delivery.
