No-Hassle Return Policy

Simple is good. Any items marked with a “No-Hassle Return” badge are eligible for return. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Return in original manufacturer's packaging with all parts and accessories included.

Items should be in "Good" condition — clean, functional, and free of dents, chips, smells, stains, or defects.

Consumables (filters, cleaners, etc.) should be unopened and in original packaging.

All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Holiday Return Extension

Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until February 1st, giving you extra time during the holiday season.

How to Set Up a Return

Contact Our Team

Have your order number ready and call our customer service team at 1-(323) 682-8990 to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box. Do not make any markings on the product packaging itself.

Ship It Back

Send the package to our return center. We recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage during transit.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds cover the original purchase price of the item(s).
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Items requiring cleaning, new packaging, or parts may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Choose any carrier you prefer — UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. We recommend insuring your shipment as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in return transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some decisions are all in. Items notmarked with the “No-Hassle Return” badge may not be returned. This includes:

  • Commercial espresso machines
  • Items labeled as distributor stock
  • Opened consumables (filters, cleaning supplies)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
