I had my first one for 10 years which is pretty good love, this coffee maker once that one gave up I had to get another one. i’ve had other brands before didn’t even last that long.

This machine is so much better than my old Keurig! It has a filter inside the water reservoir which I think makes the coffee taste so much better! The water reservoir also holds more water so that means less frequent refilling. All in all it is just a well built and designed coffee maker that I absolutely love.

The reusable filter cup is very cheap for such an otherwise nice coffee maker. You can see the original snap broke the 2nd use and you can see on one the fold looks like it will break off too. I bought two more name brand cups they may break too. However, we love that its hot as soon as we turn it on and stick in the pod.
