By removing residual oxygen inside packaging to below 0.01% this 700cc oxygen absorber effectively preserves packaged foods without the need for food additives/preservatives and without the need for vacuum sealing. Sent old,exposed oxygen absorbers. These packs all come with a tab censor that shows if they are good or bad. The tab in each pack is supposed to be pink. All the ones in the box I recieved had already turned purple meaning they had been exposed to air, no longer useable. Harvest right shipped these out like this when they could clearly see the tab on some through the front package that they had been exposed,tab was dark purple. Now I have to waste time and gas returning.BEWARE
