After only three uses the food processing bowl drive motor cracked at the base of the bowl and fell out. This happened after three uses but after the one year manufacturers warranty expired, so I am stuck with a broken piece of equipment. The manufacturer told me I needed to purchase a new bowl for $64.95 or they would sell me a new machine at a discount, but it would only be warrantied for 90 days.
I’ve posted this review on several websites and come to find that this is a common problem without even having to scroll down in the reviews very far.

This is an amazing product. Love it. Completely recommend it. Only thing is it’s a little pricey but if you use it like once a week, it’ll totally be worth it. Get for smoothies. I have even used it for parties too.
