Excellent quality industrial-duty vacuum sealer. Looks like it was designed for use in restaurant kitchens It works well for us so far.
See attached photos for how we used it to package pieces of salmon cut from whole fish so that we can cook later. Very simple to use. Included cutter cuts bag from roll to size needed for contents. Then you manually seal one end, insert food, position other end of bag over vacuum chamber, close door & press start button. Bag has air removed, then is automatically sealed. Or if you don’t want to crush contents as air is removed, use the manual seal button when bag has shrunk as needed.
It is solidly built and comes with spare parts for heating element & associated teflon strip. It should last for many years of use. The only negative is that it is physically quite large. While the bag roll holder/cutter is removable for storage, it still takes quite a bit of space. This is because it accommodated wide bag rolls, probably wider than we would need.

it was my daughter who wanted this, i had heard of them but did not see the point. zip-lock looked good enough. OK i was wrong, this is great. it arrived in perfect condition. no directions or any other paperwork. the YouTube video was fine. it is simple to operate. four buttons, the power, start, stop and manual seal. I see models with more features but this does all i need and it works great. easy to use works great. the finished sealed bag is impressive. We are very happy with it.

Machine has worked flawlessly from day one, very easy to use, haven’t had one wasted bag, and unlike my old foodsaver, you can make bags without the excessive material waste that you have with foodsaver machines. The only gripe I did have was the bag cutter didn’t want to work in both directions, one short phone call and a replacement cutter was on the way, no problem at all, I would highly recommend this machine. It never overheats, so there is no lag time between sealing bags, and vacuum is much more powerful and quicker. The sealer works in half the time of my Foodsaver. I bought 4 mil bags off the internet, at less than 1/3 the cost of foodsavers and this machine seals them perfectly, and they are much thicker bags. Can’t say enough good things about this machine, only wish I had bought it sooner.
