This is a great griddle for a family of two. It stores easily and performs well.

I mainly bought it for grilled sandwiches, bread, pancakes.
I’ve made both one time. So far it’s good. Gets hot. Cooks quick.
Actually had to be careful not to burn it! 100 times better than the
‘Total Chef’ 4 in 1 grill that didn’t get hot enough to cook both sides
of a pancake. Returned it. I won’t cook meat on it, as I don’t want the
mess of splatter and grease. Hope it keeps up the good work!

This is a small griddle that is perfect if you don’t have lots of room. You have to let it heat up then add your food to the griddle so you don’t have uneven cooking. The only downside is that the drip tray is not removeable and a pain to clean.
