THIS WAS EASY TO USE HOWEVER IT HAS A WARRENTY OF TWO YEARS….PURCHASED SEPTEMBER OF 2022 AND USED IT ONLY_6 TIMES_!. IT DOES CHOP AND DO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO WELL. HOWEVER I TRIED TO USE IT THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING TO CHOP SOME VEGGIES AND IT STARTED, THEN SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING. IT WOULD NOT TURN BACK ON AT ALL AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A PIECE OF METAL IS LOOSE IN THE BASE. TRIED TO RETURN IT BUT IT IS OVER THEIR 90 DAY POLICY…SO CALLING KENMORE….. I WILL NEVER BUY KENMORE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUT A BETTER BRAND.
