Works great so far. I use it mostly for drying herbs, but did jerky once in it, and it did great. Love that you can set the temperature you want. It’s also very quiet, and the shelves are easy to clean. Comes with an offset to make fit rollups, and a smaller screen (plastic) for the smaller stuff.
