I have used every kind of kitchen electric cooker that there is…..so naturally I was intrigued when I saw the Essential Pan. First day I used it my husband and I were literally standing there watching it cook and we couldn’t help but say, “Ooooo & Aaaaah!!”. We are blown away by this cooker. Honestly its better than cooking on my stove top. It heats fast and then adjusts the temp down to simmer even faster!! It is truly amazing.

This pan seared my stuffed pork chops in no time without the chops sticking. Then I simmered them in a lightly thickened chicken broth until fork tender. My extra stuffing was spooned into the center and simmered with the chops. This gave me one meal to eat and three to freeze for later. It was easy cleanup. The skillet wiped clean with a cloth, but I went ahead and washed it by hand. Absolutely nothing was stuck to this pan. I was amazed at how fast the pan heated up and how little splatter there was. The only thing I would have liked was more detailed instructions and perhaps two or three printed recipes included. Customer Service did send me some online and they were very helpful and speedy to do so. They include the code to get recipes, but with my shaky hands I could not get it to work for me.

This cooker is the best present I have ever gotten myself ! Cooks anything , Cleans so beautifully ! I got my cooker 2 weeks ago haven’t used my stove top since that day ! Fantastic item.
