[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this on a regular basis for the holidays and it’s virtually perfect! The Elite Cuisine Round Personal Skillet is lightweight and very easy to use. It’s as simple as plugging it in and turning it on. This product heats up quickly and it being 8.5″, it takes up hardly any space on my kitchen counter. I really like the fact it comes with a glass lid that increases the internal heat faster while also preventing liquid splash back. Functionality is solid and the red color looks visually appealing. Everything I’ve cooked so far has tasted great and the skillet is super easy to clean! Would highly recommend.
