This is a good item, in that it does well what it’s supposed to do. It’s excellent for preserving produce so it’s just right for camping and canoeing, where you don’t have access to refrigeration and you need food that’s light to carry and spill-proof. I’m very happy with it. It arrived surprisingly quickly–great service!–and the results are good. My only criticism, and a small one, is that it’s a little on the flimsy side.

Excellent results, but the trays are so flimsy, they all cracked after only a few uses. The company sent new replacements trays, they have all cracked also. And they are a real pain to clean. I am looking for something more durable.
