I got into juicing a few months ago. Bought this from Costco. I love it. It is so easy to juice and it juices everything. Our family loves it. I started daily routine on Instagram stories “Did you juice today?” to remind people get healthy and juice at home. This machine is the most distinguished brand like Apple or iPhone. I will buy Omega for life.

We bought our juicer in January and have already broken three feed shoots. Beets, carrots or any vegetable that is not soft will crack the feed shoot, sending the end cap, juice and pulp all over the kitchen. After the first shoot cracked, I starting cutting up the carrots and beets into 1/4″ pieces and feeding them one piece at a time and this juicer still can’t handle them. The replacement feed shoots are always out of stock (because you constantly have to replace them).
We juice every morning and have been trying all week to get a new shoot, but they are still out of stock. So we will purchase a totally different juicer and it won’t be an Omega. I honestly can’t understand why a company that only makes juicers and blenders can fix this issue and continues to sell this item to the public.
