My old toaster was 27 years old when it died. It was a gift from my mother. This one was from an award for doing my job over an beyond. I love this toaster, the sliding crumb trays are perfect, my old one you had to pop the bottom off and stuff went everywhere. Now I have options for bagels, frozen and other stuff. Love the fact that you can push up on handles to make getting out things like English muffins easier to get out. I would recommend getting this toaster to anyone.

Perfect toaster for small kitchen and limited counter space. It looks very nice. And of course it toasts bread and bagels beautifully. The defrost is also a nice added feature. Perfect for a household of one or two.
