This mixer makes clean up and storage a breeze. Meat tub has three tilt positions; tilt 90 for easy unloading, tilt to 115 and 180 for storage. Fully removable meat tub for easy clean up. High performance roller bearings for extended life. The universal drive shaft allows the mixer to attach to any LEM stainless steel grinder 1.5 HP or smaller. There are also four paddles on the axles, a handle for manual use and a clear acrylic cover with slit. Tub is removable making it easier to clean. MOTOR NOT INCLUDED.

Works great very compact and not bulky. The tub rotating to dump is amazing. Great product at a great price.

Used to mix seasonings for some ground meat jerky and some sausage. Easy to use and hook up to an LEM grinder. Saves frozen hands while trying to mix seasonings. Saved my hands and a lot of time. Very pleased with it. Don’t know how hard it would be with the hand crank though, hooked it up to my grinder and never looked back.
