The oven we received had to be replaced by the manufacturer due to none of the hardware with the oven fit the oven and would fall loose. However LNC customer service did send us a replacement oven that works properly with the hardware now. For an item well over $200 the customer shouldn’t have to have it replaced due to manufactering defects. Thankfully though LNC corrected the problem satisfactorily.
