Very good product , lives up to the name. The storage stand is perfect with it.

Broke after 3 months of light household use.
The manufacturer’s warranty (1 year) is a joke, because you have to mail the item to Canada (at your own expense), which costs more than the item is worth.
The extended warranty did me no good, because it was still within the mfr warranty (1 year) time.
Luckily I was able to return it to Home Depot store, barely within the 90 days.

I have used this handheld mixer only once to date, but I can say that it whipped my potatoes super creamy, not even on high speed. I am very pleased with my purchase.
