I just bought this blender and used it for the first time and it works great, but I quickly found out that it’s impossible to clean it entirely. Where the pitcher meets the base there is a crevice for food to get stuck in, and I’ve been trying to remove the base for an hour and it won’t budge. I don’t own a dishwasher so I have to clean it by hand.

I don’t own this blender but have a cheap one that is horrible at blending ice. And need a new one for making smoothies and slushies for my daughter. And for anyone who has a hard time cleaning the blades and in between the crevices put some water in the Jar and a little dish soap and turn on the blender and it will clean itself.
