This is a replacement for my first toaster oven broiler that lasted just over a year and would no longer heat up. I was very pleased with the customer service for replacement at their cost, but not pleased that my original oven lasted such a short time. I’ve had the new one for about a month with no issues, but time will tell!

Seemed like a good idea, right size, color good, BUT …. It is a terrible toaster. Will not toast anything, needs two or more cycles for bread. THEN it will burn a slice for no good reason, controls were never changed between slices!
