This is an awesome kitchen appliance and I highly recommend it. The 1500-watt induction base brings water to a boil in just minutes! It’s so convenient for boiling water for hot cereal or fresh brewed coffee in the morning, making some instant soup for lunch or relaxing with a cup of soothing herbal tea in the evening. The glass kettle looks beautiful especially when it is in heating mode because the base is lit in neon blue light. This carafe is a double-walled construction; glass on the inside for purity and BPA-free plastic on the outside for safety. The handle is rather thick in diameter yet ergonomically comfortable and stays at room temperature. The four “keep warm” selections will allow hot drinks to be prepared repeatedly during the day without re-boiling water. Just as important is that the heating mechanism turns off if the kettle ever boils dry or after six hours for safety.

Good looking and very functional. Easy to use operation. Only two
buttons. Either press boil or the keep warm button. 5 heating temps if
you include boil (212) down to Raw Tea (115). 4 keep warm temps so you
might have to fight over which one is used in an office space LOL.
Took a bit under 4 minutes to boil 1.5 liters of cold water.
Base unit stays cool to the touch. Easy to clean design. The carafe feels
like a type of plastic so there is no need to worry about glass breaking.
In keep warm mode you can keep adding water and it will heat up quickly as
needed. The blue light comes on when it is heating. Be aware when in keep
warm mode it can increase the humidity of a smaller room like a dorm. Might
be a bonus for some People – doubles as a humidifier. It heats up very
quickly so if humidity is a concern just heat it as needed. Good for the office or if your having a party
My only gripe is the markings are only in half liter increments. No
ounces. Pre measure if you need an exact amount of water.

The Tribest 6-cup Tea Kettle does far more than just boil water. It does boil water, but it also has four temperature settings that if you select one the water is automatically heated to that temperature and it is then held at that temperature for up to 6 hours. It is also a great looking tea kettle with nice blue lights when the water is heating and it would look good in any kitchen.
I used our meat thermometer to check to see if the water was actually being heated to the indicated temperature. I found that this tea kettle heated the water to the selected temperature and when the water cooled the heat automatically came back on and heated the water back to the set temperature. It actually heated the water a few degrees above the set temperature and then when the water temperature fell a few degrees below the set temperature the heat came back on.
Note: This wasn’t a scientific study with a calibrated thermometer. This was done with our meat thermometer and the results were more than satisfactory for making various types of tea and coffee.
I included some pictures showing the thermometer reading compared to the temperature setting when the heat shut off.
