Bought this kettle in Apr. 2021, and it’s already not working in Nov. 2022. It doesn’t respond no matter how you turn the switch. Though it’s pretty, it’s so disappointing that it doesn’t last long. KitchenAid, you can do better!!

While the exterior may appear attractive, the lack of durability is a significant letdown. I expected a product of this caliber to withstand the test of time, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. The rusting issue not only affects the boiler’s appearance but also raises concerns about its long-term functionality.

Used my Electric STAINLESS Kettle just 1.5 year and top of the Kettle already rusted.
