The Bosch dishwasher design is sleek and quiet; but other aspects, such as the height adjustment feet, are ridiculously poor in quality and performance. Also, some of the human factors of dish and utensil placement are lacking. Our 12-inch dinner plates are forced to a slant that is prone to having them touch each other which reduces water flow between them. As for flatware, we are not in the habit of placing each piece in its own slot in a tray, but the provided alternative of vertical placement is left to a relatively small bin.

We are extremely disappointed in the lack of drying. The dishes and tub are saturated after each cycle. In order for any drying, we need to leave the front panel of the dishwasher open for several hours in order to unload dry dishes. If we don’t open the panel right away, it starts to develop a musty smell. We live in south Florida where humidity is constant. I have called customer service however their recommendation of punching in a series of codes to help lengthen dry time did not help.
