With the clear lid and body, you can easily monitor the progress of your dehydrating. The chimney-like center allows for better air flow and helps with uniform drying. Includes 5 stack-able PS (polystyrene) plastic out-clear mesh trays, a clear lid and a plastic base with stainless steel wrap.
There is also a fan at the bottom and in the center. Don't have to remove trays or lid to check readiness.
