I’ve had many food processors in the past and loved all of them for specific reasons. I love my Cuisinart for all the reasons combined, so am very happy with my purchase. My only wish is that there were an even larger feed tube for slicing large whole tomatoes or larger potatoes for fries. Other than that one thing, I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to working with my food processor for many years.

The processor is very effective. The top and the piece that engages the power/on is plastic and really concerns me if it will last. My old version did not have that part and lasted 30 years. I plan to hand wash the top as one wrong move in the dishwasher, I fear, break that piece. I’d love to be proved wrong, however as I use my food processor for so many things and Cuisinart has always been very reliable.

I just switched to an old vegan diet. I have never enjoyed celery in my life. It takes seconds to mince the celery with one press of the thumb and I find that it’s incredibly flavorful and delicious now! In fact I’m eating more vegetables and ever becauseThe flavor is multiplied by four as a result of being minced in this great machine. It is fantastically easy to use incredibly easy to clean and I am enjoying preparing all these vegetables and making my version of couscous etc.
