I wanted to love this. In fact, I do love it, crisp foods and fast cook times. My only problem is with the durability/parts availability. After having the fryer for about 3 weeks, the fryer basket fell off the counter and the handle broke clean off. I took the face of the basket off to try and repair but could not get the handle back on. Contacted customer service to ask about purchasing a new handle or a new basket assembly and got an email back saying that they don’t have replacement parts for the air fryer at this time. How do they not have any replacement parts? I was perfectly willing to purchase a whole new basket if needed, and they don’t even sell replacement baskets? No handle, no basket… why?
Guess i can try screwing a piece of wood or something to the front of it. Pretty
disappointed because it makes great food, it’s just a juggling act to get it out and transfer the food safely.

I have had this air fryer for about 2 months. I made french fries about 10 times. They are so addictive. I use one or two potatoes, peel, soak in water for 20 minutes, drain out excess moisture with a paper towel, add 1 tsp of olive oil, salt and pepper and turn on the fryer which I set to 400 degrees and time of 18 minutes. I don’t know how this machine does it, they come out as crispy or more crispy than restaurant french fries. Cleanup is a snap because there’s one little tray to wash and then you just wipe down the rest with a wet paper towel.
The only negative is that sometimes when I pour the fries into a bowl when they are done, the little tray inside the bucket falls out too, and can burn your hand. There a little loop to pull it out but nothing to hold it down (Unless those two little square red silicone pieces I threw out as packing material were supposed to hold it down).
It is really quiet, so using in an apartment is fine. I just haven’t figured out what else to use it for. But the french fries are incredible.
