There doesn’t seem to be any steam in the unit when I use this option…. any suggestions

The 2 best features about this unit is the internal capacity. It can easily fit a large chicken or small turkey inside. The steam function is an absolute must. Keeps meats moist. This got me through 5 huge preps during the holidays.

Bought it few weeks ago and loving it, the steaming function works wonderful as well as the air fryer. I only wish that it has more than one pan, it only has one pan and don’t know if I can buy another one. Great product and now I just ordered the ice cream machine, hope it is as great as the oven.
