I didn’t enjoy using this. The trays wholes were too big so the herbs kept falling out and the dehydrator only had on and off button. The reason for five star is because it does dehydrate. The whole thing is pretty light. Easy to see what is happening inside. I just don’t like it. It is probably because I have not dehydrated before.

I made banana chips first. Totally delicious!
I cannot wait to dry my own spices & veggies for cooking!
Jerky is on my list as well.

Wanted to save on $$ making my own dog treats. Took about 12 hrs to dehydrate slices of beef heart. It is a little loud, but I’ve never had one, so I realize it’s the fan that I’m hearing. I like that it’s simple with nothing but an on/off switch. Works great for what I bought it for.
