I have had this juicer for a couple of weeks and it has been awesome. At first, I wasn’t sure if I needed a juicer, but after my first juicing, I now juice daily. I now get the nutrients in my body faster without the extra fiber. I love the fact that the parts are all dishwasher safe. How great is that. I did receive this juicer to test it out for free and would easily pay full retail value for it. Thanks Oster for making a great juicer.

DO NOT BUY. I bought this juicer less than a month ago. It’s grinding PLASTIC INTO MY JUICE! How do I get this replaced or refunded!?

I purchased the juicer last month because I wanted to make fresh juices. I’ve only used it twice and it worked great, unfortunately this is not the case for the third time. There were bits of plastic in my juice. Apparently this issue is known, but nothing has been done to correct the problem. Can I get a refund?????
