So far so good, we have used several times & have no complaints. We like the fact that the light comes on to denote “frozen” our other toaster did not so you didn’t know if it was working😲 crunb tray works well too, captures the crumbs so you are not cleaning counter top constantly.

Looks good. Works good! No problems at all! Tried all levels 1thru7. Toasted a bagel and bread for toast. Worked good every time
