A good appliance for the price. I can deep fry a small batch of wings or other appetizer very readily.
What I would change. I would have something that resembles a spout to pour out the used oil. As it stands the oil leaks all down the side of the unit and makes the cleanup difficult. A removable bucket would make cleanup much easier.
