[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought ours 3 weeks ago and now it reads 365 and nothing works! Very frustrating! This is our 2nd black+decker in 2 months won’t be getting a new one we’ll buy a differen Brand!

Works well but terrible way to measure the water level for 2-4 cups of water. The water measure step sits INSIDE the tank and needs a lighting source to see how much water you put in. Also the “strong brew” button doesn’t make any difference
