[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even before I used this exceptional processor, I was delighted with the look, feel and durability of the product. And, not only is it sturdy and, certainly, built to last, it looks great! It is probably never going to leave my countertop, and I have reserved a permanent space for it. The features are perfect and easy to use; I really like the simplicity and elegance of its use. And, while I know this is a fractional component, I loved the cord storage; it’s always painful seeing/moving cords, at least from my perspective. This one stores nicely. I could not ask for more in a processor; it has everything I need. The only feature I would redesign, are the finger holes in the disc; it was a bit awkward for me to remove. Other than that, it’s perfect!

The bowl lid was broken. I’ve bought Hamilton Beach before and truly enjoyed the performance of my product, but this one was broken.
