[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This crockpot had a unique feature where you can take the insert it then place it on your stove top to sear your meat! This is an awesome feature, the easy to clean pan insert is awesome no more scrubbing. It’s light weight, feels cheap made compared to my 20 year old crockpot that still works great also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a slow cooker before so I was excited to try it out for the first time. I really like the size capacity because it is able to fit an entire chicken! It’s incredibly lightweight but feels sturdy enough so I hope it lasts a long time. The temperature and time settings a minimal but easy and intuitive to follow and use. Another great thing is the inner pot can be used on the stove to brown meat before being set to slow cook which is nice because I like to brown beef before cooking it to get some color. My beef stew cooked to perfection and was soft and tender. A couple of points of improvement: I wish there was a medium heat setting just to have an option between low and high heat option. Also, the outer pot could be insulated so you don’t run the risk of accidentally burning your hand if it touches the pot. Other than that it’s a great entry into the world of slow cooking.
