While I have really enjoyed this machine when things go right I have had so many issues with the fan being so strong that it airlifts the food, which then gets stuck to the burner and burns. Cheese slices and frozen flatbread have both gotten stuck to the burner (consistency) and small items like English muffins are usually flipped over.
I was torn between giving this a 3 or 4 star review.

I love the versatility of this cooker! Makes being in the kitchen fun. The ease of cleaning is nice. It has good temperature control, and it speeds up cooking.

I use it all the time because I know whatever I make is going to be fast and good and clean up is so easy cuz nothing sticks to it.
