Featuring large 75mm flat titanium-coated steel burrs, 0.6 HP motor, an internal cooling fan, stepped grind adjustment, and a 4.4lb hopper, this little-known grinder competes with the best.

What makes the Super Caimano Barista truly unique is the combination of a digital timer and a manual paddle doser. Grind time can be adjusted with 3 buttons -- Seconds, 1/10th second, and 1/100th second respectively. Set the timer for a super-accurate dose, then use the dosing paddle to sweep your grounds into a portafilter.

The manual doser helps mitigate clumping and evenly distributes the grounds in the portafilter basket. Standard hopper can be switched out for a short hopper upon request. This is an extremely barista-friendly grinder with easy-to-use features and great quality in the cup.
