Pro Series Stainless Steel Hot Dog Steamer

The Pro-Series Hot Dog Steamer is Paragon's top steamer accommodating up to 200 hot dogs and 42 buns. Both the front drop down door and rear panel are made of tempered glass for increased food safety and ensures the delicious product can be visible to hungry customers. Constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel, the steamer is durable and resists corrosion, dents and scratches.

A drip tray keeps reservoir water clean. Removable product trays and sliding doors allow for easy access to hot dogs and buns and makes for simple easy clean up. The proprietary heating system featuring a heavy-duty submersible stainless steel element for quick heat up and a lasting supply of steam for cooking.

The over-sized eight quart (7.57 liter) water reservoir has a quick turn water release ball valve which allows for safe, quick and simple water removal. An innovative float switch provides an automatic shut-off feature when water falls below a certain level and a low level indicator LED illuminates when the water level is low. A sliding water fill slot allows the operator to fill the unit while in operation.

The divided hot dog tray accommodates any size hot dogs and sausages and allows for various sizes of hot dogs or sausages to be cooked and merchandised simultaneously. The product trays and drop down door are dishwasher safe. With a range of 85-175 degrees Fahrenheit, the adjustable thermostat can be set for accurate temperature control ensuring proper temperature for fresh, plump hot dogs.
