Brewing on the CitiZ is handled by a rapidly heating thermoblock boiler that heats up to brew temperature in only 25 seconds.

The CitiZ uses Nespresso’s Originaline capsules to prepare your choice of traditional espresso or long coffee. There are two dedicated brew buttons located on the top of the machine that can each be programmed to dispense your preferred volume for each beverage. To accommodate taller cups, the drip tray can be collapsed for greater clearance under the brew spout.The reservoir is located at the back of the machine and holds up to 34oz of water.

For easy refilling, it can be removed brought to the sink so you don’t have to move the machine. The internal capsules bin can hold up to 10 spent capsules before being emptied.
