[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this couple of weeks ago and have been using almost daily. First off this unit design and look with the vibrant color is quite an attraction on my kitchen counter. Also using the cooker is super simple with simple touch/select buttons. Make quite perfect rice no matter the type of rice…I have personally tried jasmine, basmati and sticky rice. The bowl make rice good for 1 to 2 serving and easy to clean!

I never knew making rice could be so easy!! All I had to do was add some rice and fill the water to the line and.. Boom! 35 minutes later I had perfectly cooked rice. It didn’t burn and it was cooked so evenly. Also, I LOVE that it allows you to delay the timer so you can pick when the rice is done. I’m so happy with this product. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a quick and easy way to cook rice!!

I’ve only used it a few times and it worked fine but now it won’t start. It turns on but the sensor must be broken or something because it doesn’t register that the lid is closed and won’t start cooking my rice. The display just blinks.
