it drips when its done brewing and says “press any button to re-heat” but will only re-heat if you press off, if you press brew, it will then ask if you want it to make cold coffee. How hard is it to recognize that one out of two buttons does not qualify as ‘any’? Also, once you have hit off, to start the heating process, you need to turn it back off. And if it’s heating, how off is it really?.
