Purchased this product and was super excited… until I used it. Followed the instructions for ground coffee and coffee ended up all over the lid and inside the mug. Very disappointed.

Easy to use, just like any coffee maker. If you’ve made coffee before you won’t have to read a manual just don’t fill above the fill line inside the reusable ground filter and you’ll be fine. P.s. helps if your smarter than the coffee maker!
